🚩 Describe the bug

The Fari website has a lot of animation. There's animation if users open the "Tools" and "Resources" menus, and zooming animation using transform: scale if users mouse over other parts of the site. This can gave some people motion sickness and/or migraines.

🔢 Steps to reproduce

Configure your operating system and/or your browser for "prefers-reduced-motion" visit the site, open a menu, or mouse over a link.

🟢 Expected behavior

At this point I can't expect sites to be accessible, but I still think they should be.

🔴 Actual behavior

There's animation if I open the "Tools" and "Resources" menues, and zooming animation using transform: scale if I mouse over other parts of the site
