Through your messages.log i can see the message were sent to plivo, you should check why this message were not delivered by them.

use a amqp listener/consumer, checkout the docs concerning the messaging part.
Jasmin has smpp upstream only, commercial support can provide plugin to allow multi-protocol upstreams (including gsm, http, ss7, etc ..)
What pdu you using for MO flow: **deliver_sm** or **submit_sm** ?
What's in your default-smpps_01.log (smpp server side) and default-DEMO_CONNECTOR.log (smpp client side) ?
On smpp server side you may manage your users with jcli's user and group modules, and on smpp client side, you set username and password of the connector when creating/updating...
