Robber(Mini#6) and Messages(Mini#2) mini expansions?

The Robbers and Messages are the last mini expansions not implemented. I think the Robbers mini expansion is easier to implement, but I hope that both will be implemented.

both is doable, although it's not top priority (at least Russian Promos 2016, Castles, Cathedrals and Under the Big Top will be likely added before)
