Change custom field display names in multilingual environment

I would like to change custom field display names in multilingual environment

The display name of the custom field is the item name actually defined. It is difficult to use when sharing by multiple language users.

It would be useful to be able to change the display name for custom fields as well.

Example

en: cf_1:Measures to prevent recurrence

(Japanese:再発防止策)

I think it would be nice to be able to make the same change in Tracker, Status and Priority etc.

Since the amount of work is a little bit, lower the priority.
