Can you make this plugin compatible with redmine 3 please

I tested this plugin under Redmine 3.3.1 and it works. The only thing that's not working is showing that I can reach all statuses. I set up my own workflow and clicking on unreachable status does nothing (as expected). But this unreachable status is there and it can cause confusion. I checked "Check all reachable status" option in plugin configuration.

I've tweaked the UI in my branch in #6 so that the layout isn't so bad anymore. @ingcariere is that what you mean by make compatible?

@beriba I have the same issue. but if I uncheck the "Check all reachable status" check box. it works as expected.
