Support Gitlab remote

Idea: ~/src/github.com/* assumes github remote ~/src/gitlab.com/* assumes gitlab remote ~/src/uwaterloo.ca/* assumes uwaterloo self hosted gitlab remote

When I do fk cd <tab> for auto completion, all projects from above directions will appear in the form of <remote>/<project>
