DocMaker Help: Mention Source Files' Encoding

The PureBasic DocMaker Help document (now converted to AsciiDoc) doesn't mention the expected file encoding for the .txt source files (see #120, #154 and #155).

  • [ ] @fantaisie-software, could you pleas confirm whether the source files should be in UTF-8 or another encoding?
    • [ ] Update document by mentioning the expected file encoding for source files.
