max_retry_time setting doesnt affect reconnecting time.

readonly max_retry_time: number; Setting that was supposed to be a time to wait before attempting to reconnect in ms in reality dont work. When my eventsource, located in BE, is responding with 404 - FE eventsource is trying to recconect 100 times a second, when delay is set to 40000 ms.
