dist/ missing in 1.2.0 release

Hi - I didn't see a dist directory containing the js build in the 1.2.0 release?

We're no longer including such compiled files in the repo. You can build like this:

npm install .
npm run build

@harmony7: probably the readme should be updated about how to build, like our other JS projects do?
