Install on ARM64 arch ubuntu 16.04, got this with pip3 install pylzma==0.5.0 Python version 3.5.2

What is this meaning? Why would it happen? Thank you for solving this problem

I think I got it is a convention for naming after reading PEP0440, but shouldn't it change the package version as well?

It will break some dependencies when another package requires it as pylzma=0.0.5
