Nodejs 8+ support

I'd love to have nodejs 8+ support (native C addons not building for nodejs other then 0.10)

We've upgraded to support Node v9.5.0 https://github.com/bbscoin/bbscoin-pool Also the npm module https://github.com/bbscoin/node-cryptonote-util
