Add Arabic language support

Added an Arabic ('ar-AE') language choice to the language options to expand its usability among Arabic-speaking users. Also included relevant localization settings by creating a new localization file holding all necessary Arabic messages. This effort is aligned with the application's goal of supporting various languages for a wider global reach.
