Feature Request: Convert manual input as well

I like this workflow. I'd appreciate the following extension:

  1. url without argument reads the URL of the current browser tab. (Like it is right now).
  2. As soon as an argument is added, the input will be converted instead of the browsers front-most tab.

Reason for this need: I also like to quickly convert download links, which I copy to the clipboard, because they usually won't appear as a page in the browser.
