Advanced RSS feeds for tags

Follow up for #14

Since every tag has his own feed it should be easy to add a mix and merge with some JavaScript.

Generating every possible combination and writing it to its own file is likely the worst idea I can come up with even if it is the fastest.

Some JavaScript could solve this but would directly introduce JS as dependencies for a feature.
