Weird program names

Hi,

I got weird program names likes []3. Can you check that you don't read uninitialized memory?

I think this is now fixed, but not 100% sure. Please give it a try again. Also, in which host does this happen?

In both qtractor and renoise, I got exactly 0 - Èû3 for reFx, program 0.
