[sfz] Sample loops are ignored

Sample loops are not respected, neither the ones found inside wave files, nor loop_mode directives found in sfz files. The samples are just played till the end, and then stop. If needed I can provide some samples (the Virtual Playing Orchestra has some in its violin section as well).

Tested with 2.0-RC3.

There is nothing new regarding SFZ handling. In a future release I will focus on that, but not now. Likely replacing sfzero with something else.

+1 for this. I see sfzero hasn't been updated since 2012 tho...
