Repeating notes (with lower velocity) with sustain pedal kills the first notes

This is a repeat of a bug that appeared a couple years ago but was not closed.. Didnt want to necrobump and possibly notify people who dont want to be notified.

Issue happens with salamanderGrandPiano (issue does not happen with, for example, MDA Piano):

Steps:

With sustain on, press a key with a high velocity, then again with a lower velocity, the sound of the first note will be muted.

This seems to also happen with other sfz plugins (tested the plugins on a windows machine just in case, they behave correctly)
