Crash using ASIO driver - 2.5.1/2.5.2 Windows

Issue: When selecting the ASIO driver and clicking the ellipses (...) Carla crashes. Using Engine > Configure driver from the top bar results in the same crash.

This occurs on both 2.5.1 and 2.5.2 precompiled Windows Binaries, on both x32 and x64. This does not occur on 2.5.0 or 2.4.3.

Workaround: Using 2.5.0, adjust driver settings then close Carla and switch to a later version. The issue appears to be isolated to the driver menu itself.

System-specific information: The ASIO devices installed on my system are ones provided by MOTU M Series and Voicemeeter Banana. I am running Windows 10 Pro (64-bit), 21H2.

2.5.3 same problem. DirectSound works fine. (Win11 64bit running carla 64bit)
