Midi signals from plugins don't work in samplv1 inside Carla-patchbay plugin

Hi,

I am using Carla 2.2.0, and start the Carla-Patchbay (CV) plugin. Inside that, I run the samplv1 plugin, which works perfectly fine if the input is from a midi keyboard, routed through the midi input of Carla-Patchbay (CV) and then inside the Carla-Patchbay (CV) routed to the samplv1. However, if inside the Carla-Patchbay (CV) I use the B.Sequencer (v1.8.10) plugin to generate midi signals, these are detected by the samplv1 plugin, and inside the rack of Carla-Patchbay (CV) it is shown that samplv1 is emitting sound, but then inside the Carla rack I can see that no sound is coming from Carla-Patchbay (CV). In fact, it seems that replacing B.Sequencer with any midi outputting plugin has the same result.

In fact, it seems that simply doing any processing to the midi coming into the Carla-Patchbay (CV) plugin before having it go into samplv1 stops sound from coming out of Carla-Patchbay (CV).
