MIDI/Audio file in VST CarlaRack/CarlaPatchbay file open dialog doesn't work.

Hi,

Add CarlaRack VST (or Patchbay) to the host. Add internal MIDI file plugins (or Audio) to the rack. Press open icon.

Tested in openSUSE TW, Carla 2.4.1+git1.37b294bdd in JUCE hosts and Qtractor

Also would be great if the open file dialog plugin could be triggered from other hosts different to carla For example: when developing plugins, I use JUCE's Audio Plugin Host because it's very fast to open and remembers plugin's gui windows positions, I'd love to be able to use the Audio File plugin in this (and similar) scenarios.
