Carla: more than 2 inputs

I'm very new to MAO, so sorry if I'm saying something stupid (and thanks for this tool). I'd like to use the sooperlooper program and apply different LV2 plugins on the different tracks, potentially mixing the different tracks. In the external canvas, I can see 2 channels per track for the sooperlooper program (so for 3 tracks I've 6 channels), but carla only has 2 inputs... So it means that I can't load them all into the internal carla patchbay at the same time.

Spanning multiple carla instances is not optimal, first because it complicates the plugin configuration, but also because it is not possible to create effects involving multiple tracks.

Am I missing something obvious?

Similar thing, different plugins for me. I have virtual surround for my headphones, which means 7 inputs to 2 output. It would be nice to "blackbox" the processing, namely the seven instances of IR processors and the following EQ into a single carla-patchbay client with 7 inputs an a stereo output.

@tobiasBora Have you tried Setting a different mode for the Carla Engine? Try Multiple Clients, then all the inputs and outputs are available.
