[FEATURE REQUEST] Interfaces list to live update

Let's use this case scenario: I've got my computer started, and I launch jackd on the internal sound-chip, using Cadence. Good. Now, I plug a USB audio interface. Then going in Cadence's configuration, I can't choose it as an interface since it doesn't appear in the down-arrow menu next it.

I have to stop and close Cadence, then to relaunch it.

It would be great if Cadence could automatically update the list.
