[Feature request] Option to hide a canevas application box in catia/claudia

Use case : I'm making a screencast for software techniques use demonstration. For that, I'm using a screencast software JACK-aware (says SSR). Among other steps in the screencast, I'm showing how to link softwares inputs and outputs using catia or claudia. I'd like the SSR box not to be present, neither its connexion since it's unnecessary making the screencast messy for the purpose of the screencast.

Adding an option (when right-clicking on its box maybe?) allowing to hide a box would be great.

Other useful related features :

• a preference option to automatically hide user-choosen apps (says SSR), then it never show in the canvas by default.
• a preference list showing those hided apps with a tick box, then the user can un-hide currently hided apps if/when needed

@trebmuh just connect SSR within the studio to the output directly and do your demo/video in a room? As long as you're working withint a room SSR won't be visible that way.

That said, I don't know too much how the "Room" concept works and after experimenting a bit with that, I'm not sure if fits my need.

Let's say:

• I'm opening a new studio in Claudia
• I'm launching SSR (simple screen recorder) which is jack-aware, and it does appears in the main canevas (as usual and expected)
• I'm then opening a "Room"
• when going to the Room's canevas, it seems I can't launch any Application there since the "Application" menu is grayed out

I'm stuck then :)

May I misunderstood something maybe?
