[Feature Request] Always show chapter numbers

Description: Always show the chapter numbers even if the source contains a title with the following format {Chapter #} {ChapterTitle} Usecase: Knowing the chapter number makes it way easier to google that chapter in the event that the current source you are using is showing the wrong chapter/series. You can easily google it as say {SeriesName} chapter {Chapter #} and find it in another source quickly compared to {SeriesName} {ChapterTitle}
