Feature Request: Auto-move downloaded manga

Much more user-friendly to automatically move downloaded manga from the 'downloads' folder to default or specific library folder location instead of having to move manually as is currently.

downloaded manga is structured for local manga, so you can use downloads directory as local manga or use local manga directory as download directory. is there any use case which auto move don't involve using the downloads as local manga?
