Debian Archive Repos

Motivation As it stands now, the debian crawler will not find kernels for any older operating systems. Ideally we should be crawling all kernels that have existed for debian. It uses the raspbian archive today 'http://archive.raspberrypi.com/debian/ but not the main debian archive of 'http://archive.debian.org/debian/'
