Motivation
Improve the error descriptions at Falco startup, especially for kernel driver issues.
The goal is to provide clear and actionable guidance to adopters when Falco errors out, including a response runbook for kernel driver start-up issues (the error message itself should already include all core information, such as kernel release).
Issues go stale after 90d of inactivity.
