LTP test 'msgstress04' hangs

Test msgstress03 hanged during execution on HAPS, see [ResultsDB #4853](http://de02-resultsdb:8080/result.php?Project=6&pkey=4853). It was decided to temporarily remove all msgstressXX tests to continue verification.
