Issue 30 enhance sample app v2

Added a couple things to the sample app:

  1. Default rule name in the AddPort form.
  2. Ability to set profile and protocol in AddPort form as they are common things to edit.
  3. Added button and dialog to display registered 3rd party firewalls.

Was only 2.5 years ago I said I was going to do this! Not a bit change, but hopefully useful.
