Enhance sample app with additional items

Add 2 items to sample Winforms app

• An option to list 3rd party registered firewalls
• Ability to set the rule name and associated profiles in the Add Port dialog

The ultimate sample would be the rewriting of the "Windows Firewall With Advanced Security" in C# using this library. But it would take a long time to do so. I hope I can find some time to extend the sample after releasing V2 of the library. Meanwhile, this project sure can use any PR it can find from willing contributors.
