give keys to rubygem to actively maintained instance

Hi @fakingfantastic,

In working with jquery-mobile-rails, I noticed that you haven't update this repository in over two years. It appears that @tscolari maintains an active version. Have you considered giving him the jquery-mobile-rails gem?

Right now he's using jquery_mobile_rails as a workaround, but it would be nice if the community could have a jquery-mobile-rails gem that is bot actively maintained and abides by standard rubygems naming conventions.

I think everybody would be very grateful. What do you say?
