Documentate teams, labels, boards ...

To prevent situations like these: https://github.com/faker-js/faker/pull/300#issuecomment-1021641593 we may want to:

• [ ] documentate better e.g. which label is for what
• [ ] where you can find the project board(s) and how to work with that
• [ ] how and when to use drafts
• [ ] which team/maintainer are "responsible" for what and how to or how not to communicate to them (e.g. async-chatting)
• [ ] channels in discord
• [ ] twitter
• [ ] release-process
