ugoira fails to install

ugoira (included in requirements.txt file in repo root) doesn't install due to requests 2.24.0 installing instead of the required requests<3.0.0,>=2.25.1. Full error: ERROR: ugoira 0.8.0 has requirement requests<3.0.0,>=2.25.1, but you'll have requests 2.24.0 which is incompatible. Command run: pip3 install -Ur requirements.txt --user

I'm not sure if ugoira is required for ufunction of the app but figured I'd bring it up. Thanks!
