Feature request: add group/host when adding a chapter manually
When adding a chapter manually, the group/host is not being set up, even if the link comes from groups already in the novel.
Example: https://www.wlnupdates.com/series-id/129648/immortal-conqueror
In there, one row of each: prologue, chapters 4, 8, 10, 14 --- were added manually.
The expected behaviour would be for the system to get the group from the URL, or at least allow the common user to set the group for chapters that lack them (even if they can't edit it afterwards). Instead, it ends up with a blank.
My current workaround is to add the group/host with the chapter name, but that looks wonky.
Hmmm, the fact that you can add releases without a valid group/host is itself a bug. Urgh.
Some sort of heuristic for guessing at least a few common hosts is a neat idea. Let me see what I can put together.
