Initial move and promotion region per piece type

Have the following options configurable per piece type to allow more flexibility:

• initial move region, i.e., double steps, etc.
• promotion region
• drop region

Hi Fabian Is this a new possibility that can help configure Musketeer Chess in Fairy Stockfish?

It will be really great to see Musketeer Chess finally in Fairy Stockfish and playable online with pychess server.

This topic isn't directly related, it is about the regions of initial extra moves like double steps, as well as promotions, i.e., helps in having multiple custom pawn types in a single variant. Everything related to Musketeer will be tracked in #558 if there is any progress.
