Scrape from file-extensions.org for more types and extensions

There are more file types available at https://www.file-extensions.org/filetypes, and each type has more extensions than those currently available in the repo.

This is very cool!! I am surprised that there is not a more complete list of file extension types.

I plan to enhance it with this ticket requirement https://www.file-extensions.org/filetypes , but I write in C# so I would just port it to C#.

@jeffward01 You're welcome to contribute in any language of your choice!

I'll later update scrape_extensions.py, or maybe even maintain different sets of scripts and scraped JSON data for both the sources (and maybe more in the future).
