Default location lock is not respected on cart for variations

If the settings default location and lock are enabled, on cart the variations default location is not respected.

Is this bug linked to the behaviour I am currently seeing where I have 'auto order allocate' turned on 2 locations, but it does not respect the order in 'Location priority' to deduct the stock from first? It seems to default to first location ID number order
