HTML manual pages

What do you think about HTML manual pages ? You can host them using "GitHub Pages" or somewhere else..

Just like other recent enhancements to the project, I'm afraid it's overkill compared the needs of such a small userbase, but I don't mind going forward with it because it's so little actual extra work. So thanks for the suggestion.

I will look into the hosting possibilities and try to make it happen soon.
