isMac flag for apps

Currently it's not clear if an app is from the iOS or macOS App Store. I added such a flag to response.

what other values can app.kind take? I think it would be more useful to have a generic field like "device" that can take values like ios / mac / ipad (or whatever options app.kind can take) rather than the single isMac flag.
