Fix broken OSX binary distribution

  • Creation of dmg with PackageMaker is broken
  • PackageMaker is obsolete, use productbuild and/or pkgbuild instead
  • Add imgtool to dmg
  • Compile with CFLAGS+=-arch i386 for a 32 bit build that runs on 32 and 64 bit systems
