License question

Hello! First of all, this library looks very cool -- thank you for creating it. I'm interested in using this at work, but first I wanted to ask a question about the license.

It looks like this is GPL3-licensed, giving it strong copyleft protections. This means that it cannot be used in proprietary codebases -- but I guess that most Zendesk users are not open-source projects!

Is the GPL license intentional? And would you ever consider licensing it with something like MIT?
