`zenpy.__version__` is out of sync with package version

Took me a while to figure out why I was bumping into a bug which had been long fixed. I had used zenpy.__version__ to quickly see what version to pin in my requirements. Unfortunately, that's been stuck at 2.0.10 for quite a while.
