Internal cleanup

Like to cleanup and reorganize stuff for maintenance.

I've thought about updating this to do new Sublime scheme style, but there are plenty of tools that use tmTheme. I'll probably clean up internal stuff sometime soon, and maybe implement a new tool for current Sublime schemes (if I am motivated 🙂). But I want to at least get the recent GUI fixes and such into this sometime soon.
