Allow Xformers to run with pytorch 2.2.0

Motivation

pytorch 2.3.0 is very advanced, and lacking in many eco-systems (runpods specifically as an example).

Pitch

I want to run xformers with pytorch 2.2.0.

Alternatives

Why do you need pytorch 2.3.0? What is so novel there you are missing?

Additional context

Not sure, just a nice library I would like to run and can't as of my current setup.
