Install fail

Hi groupers, thanks again for your work,

When I use pip to install the pytorch3d by the website cmd, the link is missing, pip install --no-index --no-cache-dir pytorch3d -f https://dl.fbaipublicfiles.com/pytorch3d/packaging/wheels/py38_cu113_pyt1110/download.html

And can you provide the python==3.7 version? Besides, why support Conda rather than pip, pip makes everything easy to plug pytorch3d in any python projects, I think this is a better way. But just personal suggestions,

Looking forward to your reply.

best Jiaxiang

Maybe it is not bad to reread MarkDown. Windows just supports installing from source, using pip or setup.py. But installing form source seems to be not ideal in some past issues. So I recommed you to use jupyter(If you can sci-surf) Then you can enjoy Linux&Windows, getting rid of the riddle. Please refer #1299
