Update VizWiz annotations/features

It seems that the VizWiz dataset released a new version while MMF is using the 2019 version. They have different image naming systems.

Besides, will you adopt some new image features like VinVL?

Hi @CCYChongyanChen, Yes, we are aware of this. Would you be willing to add newer version of VizWiz to MMF?

For VinVL features, we don't have any immediate plans but if you are willing, we would be happy to accept a PR for that support.

Hi @apsdehal, I was planning to add the new version of VizWiz to MMF using the tutorial https://mmf.sh/docs/tutorials/dataset, but the page says that the tutorial is outdated. Should i follow the tutorial or are there any other steps?

Hi @apsdehal @RishabhMaheshwary Since @RishabhMaheshwary is working on adding the new version of VizWiz, I am looking into generating VinVL features for the VizWiz dataset.
