I wanted to ask if there is a way for developer to simply call an http endpoint like Google or Azure TTS Service.

If it's not planned, you guys should really consider it. If the goal is to preserve and revitalize languages, then developers should be able to easily integrate it into their apps. License should also allow freemium model like DuoLingo.
