Replace xformers import warnings.warn by Logger.warning
Fixes #513
This MR refactor xformers import management in attention, block and swiglu_ffn modules.
It introduces the _xformers_is_available utility function and replaces warnings.warn by Logger.warning and Logger.info when needed.
