Update our API Reference Page and Diagram

Our website contains this page, which outlines and diagrams our old API. We should update this to include our new Ax backend. It should explain how our API relates tot he Ax API, and it should show the new abstractions introduced by the Ax refactor, such as AEPsychSurrogate and AEPsychStrategy.
