Create jupyter notebook tutorial that demonstrates the new Ax features.

We should have a tutorial that is more advanced than our current one that demonstrates some of the new features enabled by Ax. Ideally this tutorial would demonstrate a psychophysics experiment that uses at least one log-scaled continuous parameter, at least one discrete choice parameter, and shows the interactive Ax plots.
